We offer 24/7 phone support and have a qualified technician on call 365 days a year.

Taste Tech knows that your venue is unique and has its own individual service requirements. By listening to you and your needs we can customise our service to suit you.
SERVICE COST
Lease: There is no additional service costs when you lease NIR from Taste Technologies. We do not charge for any site visits, breakdowns, or phone calls. Once you lease our equipment we take pride in keeping it running at maximum levels at no additional cost to you. This means no unexpected invoices at any time!
Sale: We provide the same great service at no charge for the first 12 months after you purchase, after this time we offer a range of preventative maintenance packages that will give you peace of mind while making sure you get the service that is right for you.

Although we are based in New Zealand, we service and install into most areas and ship parts and people all over the world.
QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS
