About Us

Taste Technologies Limited was founded in September 2000 in Auckland, New Zealand by Hamish Kennedy, Gavin Reeve and David Buys. Taste Tech was the first successful company in the world to take the existing NIR technology and commercialize it for the agriculture industry.

As a result of our continued success we now have installation sites of Taste Tech NIR all over the world, sorting internally on a wide range of produce for growers and packers.
